Windows 8.1 OEM 64-bit

When I upgrade my GPU and Motherboard, do I need to get another Windows 8.1 disc or will it just boot up my computer like it normally does ? I am reusing everthing else besides my GPU and Motherboard.

I think I know the answer to this, but I may be thinking to hard about it. My guess is "no".

Is this a Windows install that you bought and you installed? If so, reinstall should work just fine, and is recommended.

If this was a preinstalled OS, you're going to have major issues.

I did install it myself. I really figured you needed to just reinstall it or something simple. Thanks! Now, how could I go about reinstalling it? Do I pop in the OEM disc again or do I do something else? I have never reinstalled a Operating System before.
