start computer as normal-- download the driver from amd to a folder on your desktop then got to add/remove programs--- uninstall all your old cards drivers and add on programs for the card--- shut down and then reboot back to desktop normally [ i dont like to do safemode here cause it my hide an issue ] and it should be running on the windows default driver to check-- go to device manager-display- right click your card [it may just say generic or standard vga ] if so install the driver that you downloaded from amd to a folder on the desktop

you may want to wile your shut down remove and reseat the card in the slot to insure its seated properly..

also if your trying to to use the 14.xx driver try the 13.12

if I knew the board I would look at its manual to see if you need to switch the graphics from on board to pci-e in the bios
