Hello, we use Comcast router as the Internet source connected to switch -> and computers, the comcast router is connected to Wifi router with an ethernet cable.
The connection is working fine. We can connect from PC's as well as from mobile devices to wifi and to the Internet.
Problem is, I cannot access the WiFi router settings (for changing the name of the wifi or password) because I don't know the internal IP address of the wifi router.

The Wifi router used to be on address 10.1.10.2 but we had to restart it recently and the address has changed.

Question: How can I determine the internal address of the wifi router?
or
How can I set a static IP address of the wifi router back to 10.1.10.2?

Let me know if you need any more info about the settings. Here is at least a very brief schema of the connection:

Tracert shows path which starts every time with 10.1.10.1 which is the local address of the SMC Network Comcast Router.
Even if I try to show all network devices within the network with a command line (cmd arp -a) or with a 3rd party software I can't see the address of the router.
Maybe the reset will work.
