I have a Dell Studio 540 that just stopped turning on, no light,fan or noise. I read that it most likely was a bad PSU - so i replaced it.
Now when the computer turns on I get a black screen that says no Boot Drive. When I went into Bios it still says that it is not recognized. I tried 3 different SATA ports on the motherboard but the HD is not spinning up.
When I removed the HD it will spin up in an USB enclosure. Is this most likely an issue with the motherboard?
Any other thoughts?
