Hey guys, I am pretty certain with my chosen parts, however I'd like someone to have a look over them to make sure I didn't make some major mistakes.

It will be an upgrade to an excisting system so:

650Watt Power Supply,
16GB DDR3 1600MHZ Ram
Samsung 1TB Drive

These components are set in stone (these are the parts I'd take over from the old PC)

Parts I'd like to get rid off:

AMD Phenom II X4 965BE
Geforce GTX 560ti Phantom
Asrock 990FX Extreme 3

now to the new stuff:

I'd like to implement the following components:

250GB Samsung EVO SATA @ 6gb/s
Corsair Hydro H110 CPU Cooler
NZXT Phantom 630 Case (Set in stone, not debatable ;) )
3072mb Gigabyte Geforce GTX 780 Windforce 3X OC
Intel Core I5 4690K
Asus Sabertooth Z97 MARK 1/Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI (not sure which one - asking for advice)

I thank everyone who will have a look at this and I'd like to hear one or two sentences of advice. (The PC Is used for gaming and CAD/CAE design with 2-3 Monitors who are already existing. The Budget is @ around 1200€ (1600$) )
