I'm building a gaming PC and was wondering what I should do for CPU cooling. I'm planning on doing some serious overclocking. I was looking at a XSPC Raystorm 750 EX240 but I don't know if that's the best way to go. Id like to stay under the $1250 budget and You'll notice that I haven't picked out a case yet so if you guys could recommend one that would be great.
