Gaming PC to play dayz and arma 3 on high and ultra settings query

I'm going to be buying a new gaming pc. I want to play games like dayz and arma 3 on high and ultra settings. The spec of the pc below is one im interested in buying. Would this pc do the trick of
playing those two games on high settings. Is this PC worth buying

Intel Core i7 4790K CPU Overclocked to 4.4GHz
Corsair H100i Water Cooler
Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 Motherboard
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB Video Card
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Memory
Samsung 840 EVO SSD 250GB
2000GB Seagate HDD
24x DVD-RW Drive
Corsair RM 850W Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 bit

If you wanted to save some money, you could drop the CPU to a i5-4790k, without much of difference in gaming.

You could also drop down to 8GB of RAM, as most demanding games are just starting to approach that now, and you can easily upgrade later.

If you don't want to Overclock (or want a quieter air cooler), you could drop the water cooler as well.
