It's a cable clip to hold a cable in place, usually they are flat ribbon cables that use that types of clips.

I think this site probably has them but it's pretty hard to tell which one would fit. Is there any information on the connector like model no.? Alså how many pins for the are there and what is the dimensions? I guess the right term may be FFC/FPC/PCB pitch connectors.

Its four pins but that's about all I know.

I think if the dimensions are the right ones these should be fine. It actually looks very similar to the one on your picture (black bits included)

What make is your motherboard by the way? Have you checked the manual?.. Wait.. Is that even a motherboard?

You should probably be able to find a model no. somewhere on the print circuit board and find a manual/diagram for it. That will probably reveal what the exact connector size is.
