SSD: Sandisk Ultra 128 Gb
HHD: Toshiba 7200rpm 1Tb
CPU Cooler: Hyper212x or Kuhler 920
Fans: 3x Corsair AF120
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec 01
Looking to O.C a little in the future.

I'd agree with Dunlop. As long as you are not agressively overclocking (AND overvolting) both the CPU and GPU - that PSU will be fine.
If you are looking to go for an extremely high overclock on both CPU/GPU and plan to spend a long time tuning it for absolutely maximum perfonce (and don't mind it running very hot) - you might need a bigger PSU.
But if going off some online guides for beginner overclocking and not trying to push for the moon - you will be fine.
