Enthoo Pro Case Cooling? Lighting?

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case (£87.13 @ Scan.co.uk)
Firstly, What kind of case fan arrangements would you have in there? (extra fans which are not included) Interested in them being both silent(maybe pwm to reduce rpm?) and LED Blue
Will ofcourse keep original fans as are, extras... Thinking a single/dual 140mm top exhaust, 2x120mm front HDD cage intake, below PSU intake

Secondly, Looking for ideas on rigging this case with LED's to light it up nice.
LED cathodes vs strips?
UV cable sleeves?
bit of a reach but possibly... dummy UV watercooling tubes viewable through the window?

Budget £60gbp

I honestly would go with 2x140mm to lower noise since they fit up front. Maybe Bitfenix Spectre LED fans.

120mm Fans
Front: 2x
Top: 3x
Rear: 1x
Bottom: 2x
HDD: 2x

140mm Fans
Front: 2x
Top: 3x
Rear: 1x
Bottom: 1x

Not sure how much you will need to put a fan in the bottom with the divider in there. I also pulled out the bottom hdd cage.

Would reccommend LED over cathode due to having to hide the ballast, even though you should be able to fit 1-2 of the 12" cathode tubes at the top and bottom, the led cords should be easier to route/hide/ more even lighting.

main window should be plenty visible to show off the parts...

just my two cents.

How is the HUE? I've put several sets of the regular nzxt LEDs in upon request, and 1. hate how they look in the pci slot 2. i've had about 6/10 of them lose at least 1-2 LEDs rather soon after installing (gentle bends in the cord, tucking into the case, not forcibly fastening it down.

Genuinely curious is all.

They don't occupy a pci slot, it's a drive bay, they have knobs for green, red and blue, the 3 main colours and you can have the led's change it to any colour you want, and also different lighting modes and brightness

I wasn't clear, apologies.

I was referring to having used the cheaper strips (arbitrary link here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CPXiw7uYjMACFa_m7AodvQYAew&Item=N82E16812170027&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Case+Accessories-_-N82E16812170027&ef_id=U3OUPwAABPodviyi:20140811214928:s)

and I've had lots of problems with them... so I've pushed people to the bitfenix alchemy LEDs ... was wondering how reliable the HUE system was.

I think you can but the strip that they came in is long enough for most pc towers
