Chassis Fans too big for my Case?

After a week since ordering, the two Chassis Fans that were recommended to me on Tom's Hardware have arrived today, so of course I want to install them right away.

One problem, I believe that these fans are too big to fit in my case!

Parts involved:
Case: BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case
Case Fan: BitFenix BFF-SPRO-P14025KK-RP 122.2 CFM 140mm Fan

Any workarounds? Or do I have to send these back?

From the looks of it you needed the 120 mm fans and not the 140 mm fans. For them to fit correctly you will need the proper size fans. There is no work around on this one. Sorry.

Yes you are right that case does not have any spots for 140mm fans sorry if you were mislead by somone. This case comes with pre-installed 120mm front fans, and supports two optional 120mm rear fans.

My suggestion is to first try the fan that comes with the case in front as an intake.
See how you do.
Unless you have a very hot graphics card, you will be ok.
If you need more cooling, add another 120mm intake in front.
That gives you two intakes behind a dust filter creating a positive pressure environment. That keeps your pc free of dust.
The newegg description references 140mm fan, but that is wrong.

Yate loon fans are inexpensive and good. They come in different speeds, but I would get something in the 1200 rpm range.

Thanks for clearing that up. Since I need to send these two back anyway (if possible), I intend to buy the right size ones this time. Would two of these fit in the front of my case and reach the proper connectors on my Motherboard?

Motherboard I have: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

No one can tell you if the wires will reach the motherboard headers because fans come with different length wires. If you are worried about them reaching get some extensions at the same time and if needed use them if not send them back or keep them as bonus parts.

Do not remove the rear fan and move it to the front. That fan does way more than just pull air out, It also helps cool the vrm and CPU power delivery circuitry.
