but does this board support sli 2 way

and does this board also support 1866 8gb ram

no, if it only says 'supports crossfire' , it will only support crossfire

The 1866MHz RAM will work, but it'll only run at 1600MHz.

Yeah for a build like that you shouldn't need more than 550Ws.

and get a good quality PSU as well so your system won't explode one day when there's a power spike in your town:

It's not great, but it won't harm your system since it has a lot of theoretical headroom. Just don't try to do SLI with it.
