Upgrading From GTX 760 and i5 4570 w/700$ Budget

Last year I bought a prebuilt PC from Digital Storm. It is called the Vanquish. The specs are i5-4570, GTX 760, Asus Z87-C Motherboard, Corsair CX 600w PSU, 1 terabyte HDD @ 7200rpm, and Corsair Carbide 300r. I am planning on upgrading the GPU to an 880 and adding an SSD. I am also planning on replacing the the noisy aftermarket cooler that the PC came with and replacing it with either a closed loop or custom loop. Can my PC handle this with the 600w PSU and what are other options to help turn this into a beast of a PC? My budget is about 700$

Did you mean an Nvidia 780 for the GPU?

No. I know that the 880 is going to be released soon but we can stick with the 780 for the purpose of this thread.
