I was trying to access a software program at work on my Lenovo T420 laptop, going through the hospital's server and first got the error message, "Unexpected error: quitting". That was not an option for me and I tapped into all the great minds at the hospital's It department. No one else got the error signing into the system on my computer and saw no flaws with the way I was trying to access the application. After many reboots, my bitlocker encryption key screen got into a loop. I could never move beyond trying to enter the key without getting error message that the first key numbers were inaccurate. Also none of my keys worked: shift-tab, home, up and down arrows. I even went to Staples for help and it was beyond the scope of their experience. This is my first time using bitlocker, so I do not know how to troubleshoot it. I am waiting to here from my company's helpdesk. But in the meantime, HELP!
