Hi, I am having trouble getting a system image from the Windows 7 backup tool after using the Samsung Data Migration.
My company is using Dell Optiplex 3020's straight from Dell with Windows 7 installed. They include a 500GB Seagate HDD and we have purchased 120GB Samsung EVO's to replace them.
Here are my steps-
-I used the Windows 7 backup as soon as I booted the system for the first time and the system image saved correctly over the network.
-Downloaded the Samsung data migration and used it to transfer the data from the original 500GB HDD to the 120GB SSD.
-Restarted and booted to the SSD.
-Tried to backup to the same location on my network and got this error when trying to save the system image >> 0x81000033
Other notes-
-No security programs on the computer .
-Network location has about 3TB of free space.
I've seen a couple of fixes online for similar problems, but they don't seem to change anything.
I would like to keep using my current setup for backups because it is very streamlined for our system.
Thanks!
