My computer was really dusty and I decided to clean out my computer. I also decided I would put new thermal paste on my CPU to see if I would acheive better temperatures. When finished my computer seemed like the fans had gotten a lot louder than they were before. My termperatures have gotten much better but I don't know if I had messed with somthing or broke the fan during the cleaning. It seams they are spinning much faster and louder than I remember even when I first built my computer. This is a photo of my speedfan.

It is very unlikely that you damaged anything. Your decision to reapply the thermal paste was a good call. The freshly applied thermal paste and reseated heatsink are pulling more heat away from the CPU than before. The fans now have to work harder to pull away the excess heat, which is why they are more audible. I wouldn't be worried. It would be different if the CPU was hotter than before, however. That would be a sign that something is wrong. If the fans are really bothering you, you could perhaps think about investing in some quieter fans. Noctua and Cooler Master Make excellent high performance, low-noise fans.
