Is it for gaming or rendering/editing? It's a very good rendering computer but could be better for gaming. Only need 8gb RAM, i5-4690k and put that money towards a better GPU. Also don't get a CX PSU regardless as they have cheap capacitors. XFX usually have good cheap PSU's.

Things changed (as compared to my above partlist): Changed the CPU cooler to a cheaper liquid one, cheaper RAM (2133MHZ 8-CAS 8 GB instead of the 2133MHZ 9-CAS 16GB RAM), better graphics, cheaper WLAN card.
