How does this build look for a gaming PC?

Is it for gaming or rendering/editing? It's a very good rendering computer but could be better for gaming. Only need 8gb RAM, i5-4690k and put that money towards a better GPU. Also don't get a CX PSU regardless as they have cheap capacitors. XFX usually have good cheap PSU's.

You could also use a R9 290 to make it cheaper.
