intel pushpin issues

Hi. I bought a new cpu heat sink the cooler master tx3 for my intel core i5. I am having trouble putting them in. I install it but then it is a bit too shaky and moving (not in place properly). It cant be like this.
Can anyone plz help me with this. Thanks

My mobo is intel h57 am2 v2. The pins r not going in properly. Maybe the holes on mobo r small. I dont know wat the prob is

Email cooler master support with the exact model number of the cooler master tx3 you have and the motherboard. There seem to be multiple versions of that cooler, maybe you have the wrong one or maybe they can supply you with an adapter for it?

Maybe the pins are already in the "expand" position,try to turn the black part of the pins counter clockwise.After that turn them in the start position again.

Ya that is exactly what the problem was. the whigte plastic is to go in the mobo hole but it was already expanded LOL. now it fixed
