Hello, new to the forums but not for long, decided I would start actively participating by asking about a few upgrades for an old computer that in the next couple weeks I will be purchasing and building.

Current parts.
1.Asus P5KPL-CM Micro ATX motherboard (CPU Fan headers do not work, no post beep, troubleshooted everything, cleared CMOS, I feel its safe to say time to trash it for new one)
2. EVGA 600W B PSU (NEW)
3. XFX ATI Radeon 6770 1GB DDR5
4. Seagate Barracuda 7200.10
5. DVD-RW
6. G.SKILL 2GB DDR2
7. Intel dual core E5200 2.5ghz

Planned upgrade parts.
1. ASUS P8B75-M/CSM LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
2. Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.2GHz (3.6GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W
3. Sapphire ATI Radeon R9 270X 2GB DDR5

I did not include DDR3 RAM because I have a friend who has a couple sticks I may get for free.

As for what I will be using the build for will be mostly Arma 2 and 3 and College classes. Possibly NSF racing games and whatever else and Total War series.

If anyone feels I could do better do tell, working with about a 300-400$ budget.
