Good and cheap Power Supply to run my pc,

Mobo:Gigabyte Ga-G41M-Combo
Cpu:Intel Core2 Duo E8600
Gpu:SAPPHIRE ATI 7790 2GB DDR5 128BIT
Hdd:WDC WC5000AAKX-603CA0
Psu:i dont have much money to buy great psu because im only a teenager i can only afford psu worth around 0-50 dollars

PC for:Gaming.

Probably wont answer your question but good/cheap generally don't go together.
Your PSU supplies all your power to your PC that you've spent all your hard-earned money building. They don't make better framerates, don't improve load times, don't make things look better, but they do power the whole system and can destroy the whole system, and your house, if they go wrong. Don't skimp on the PSU mate.

This PSU has served me well in my build. Corsair is a decent brand and 500 Watts should fine to power your system, and it's only $40 after a $20 rebate:
