Hardware upgrade[Help][Star Citizen]

I want to upgrade my system for use of pre-alpha star citizen with a frame rate of minimum fps while recording with a budget around $350 but i am willing to go over(bearing in mind that I am a broke student). Along with recording i will also be doing some Photoshop and editing on After Effects and premier Pro.

I am planning to get an entire new rig 2 or 3 years down the road so i am not to worried about my tech being outdated.

My current build:

OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: i5-4670k @ 3.4
RAM: 8Gb @1333 Mhz
GPU: Radeon HD 7700
MB: MSI H81M-E33
PSU: 430 Watts

Oh yeah and i live in Canada so im not too worried about cooling but i am worried about finding cheap tech

$350 Canadian won't build you a computer that's better than what you have.

Well, your PSU is borderline, your graphics card can do with an upgrade - provided the PSU can handle it. and your motherboard is so-so.

TL;DR, upgrade the PSU so that you can install a better graphics card.

thanks man. i plan on putting in a 550watt PSU i have in a older tower that i have and any ideas on the GPU. I would also like to keep my Mobo but if it needs to go then have any ideays for a replacement?

You can buy the biggest GPU you can afford and your CPU will handle it. Watch out though for power requirements on the GPU and what connectors they need. Many of the beefier GPUs require 1 or 2 6- or 8-pin connectors.
