My system specs are as follows:
Case: Corsair 750D
PSU: Corsair CX750M
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
Mobo: Asrock Extreme 4 Z97
GPU: R9 290x
Ram: 2x4gb 1600mhz
CPU cooler: 212 Evo

So my case has many open spots for fans, and since it's a full tower I can fit the larger sized fans. I have 2 slots for fans on the top of my case, where a radiator would go for water cooling, and 2 slots for my fans under where my hard drive cages would go and 1 slot above where I would put a disc drive.

I'm not looking to spend too much money, but I am looking for some high quality fans that can help keep my rig cool. I also would like my fans to be as quiet as possible, as my rig doesn't make that much noise, and I expect to keep it like that, however I don't need to get an extra quiet version of fans. As for color, light gray, black, white or blue would work, I would preffer if they matched the Corsair fans that are already in the case.

I'm open to suggestions!

Corsair AF series 120mm or 140mm fans will match and do the trick. I have seen 2 packs as low as 30 dollars. Which components are running hot, and what motherboard are you using. As that would determine where you put the fans.
