I am currently building my first PC and when I turn the power on I get no POST, and no beeps, but the fans spin, the LED's all light up, and it sounds like the computer is attempting to work. I have replaced the motherboard, and PSU with a new set exactly the same as the first. I have unplugged everything and redone all the wiring numerous times. I have tried the RAM in every configuration. I have read all the guides on NO POST and followed all the directions multiple times. I have checked my standoffs, my video card, and I have made sure the 8 pin ATX 12V is plugged in. I have tried two different monitors and various different outlets in my house and nothing seems to work. I have absolutely no clue what to do and I am getting very frustrated. I have covered every base there is to cover. I will post a link to all the parts I bought as a package from Newegg.

PLEASE HELP! PLEASE!

Solution
Try just using one stick of ram... also try them in different slots. Sounds like it could be a Ram issue... Faulty CPUs are really rare, ive yet to have one, and ive built at least 20 computers a year since 2011.

[Edit: Oh im sorry i just read you tried the multiple configurations with the Ram] Im kind of stumped.. But... If the Ram is the only thing you havent replaced.... Then haha i hate to say it... But its probably the Ram.

If by this you mean dead on arrival, like I said I have replaced the motherboard already and have read extensively that the CPU is the most unlikely thing to fail. The last thing I want to do is go buy another CPU but it looks like I might have to.

I've tried powering on with just the mobo, CPU, and RAM connected and still nothing.

Looks like that is what i'll try next. I am just reluctant to buy a brand new CPU. This build has been nothing a money pit so far. I really hope this works.

I just put in a new CPU and still nothing. I've tried multiple configurations with the RAM and I have tried using multiple monitors. I just don't understand anymore. I really feel absolutely crushed. I have been working on this for so long and I've spent so much money. I have replaced every single piece of the entire computer (motherboard, CPU, PSU) except for the RAM. I just don't get it :(

Have you tried replacing the GPU? Since you have tried every other possible thing, that is the only thing I can think of. That is why I do not recommend buying combos from Newegg, typically the parts in those combos are just stock Newegg is trying to get rid of.

I'm going to try bread boarding before I buy any new RAM. I only have one stick of 4 GB. Do you think it is possible that my PSU is not supplying enough power to get the BIOS going? Also, if my mobo is dual channel memory do I need two sticks of RAM to make it work?

I just bought a new RAM and it was a success. Thanks everyone for your help. I wish I wouldn't have bought a new PSU, motherboard, and CPU though lol. Oh well. More parts for my next build.
