My budget is between £50-max £150. Im thinking about creative t40 or corsair sp2500. Which one is better? Or go for something different? I will be using them for music>movies>games

Here's one option among many. I don't know if you can get the needed parts in your area but it might be worth looking into. I don't have this setup myself but I've heard it sounds phenomenal.

Other than than it looks like maybe the Corsair SP2500's, which are 2.1, might be the best system easily available in your area for the price range.
There are far better choices out there but if you have to pick between them it would depend on what's more important to you. If realistic bass is what you want then the Sp2500's are a better choice. For smoothness and clarity the T40's are clearer. But these are both 2.1 systems. If you're wanting something for gaming and probably also if you plan to use it with your media center for movies and such, you want at least a 5.1 system. Look around, there are lot's of choices on the market.

Gaming is a minor issue, because i usually use my headset. Music and movies are the most important. What 2.1 or 5.1 systems would you recommend? I care more about clarity but "fatter" bass would be an advantage too.

Im going to connect it to my pc(realtek1150).
I really like the monoprice premium one, but unfortunately i cant get it in the uk, unless i ship one from the us, but then shipping and postage charges kill it. Same goes with altec. Damn uk...

I know, damn UK, oh wait, you're our ALLIES. I can't be damning you. Just kidding. That sucks. Are you sure? Both Newegg and Amazon carry those items and they have distribution centers in Europe. Try the Italia Amazon maybe. I'll look around for you and see what else I can find on my list. I've got a few more pretty decent suggestions somewhere here.
