So I'm thinking about either getting another 7970 or waiting for the new nvidia due in September.
My question is if my current 7970 is made by Sapphire, would I be able to run one from Asus for example?
If this is a dumb question then I'm sorry. All I know about computers I've learned through doing the process myself, but I have never run crossfire before.
Also if there is a site similar to passmark that will let me check out potential crossfire performance Id appreciate a link.
(To clear any confusion I do not intend to run the 7970 and new nvidia together, but want to know if its worth going crossfire or replacing the card is the best option)
Thank you
