What's the cheapest build possible Without OS but has a r9 290? and is capable of playing Battlefield 4 ultra.

Only the hardware spec's, Not keyboard mouse, monitor etc.

New zealand dollar.

Solution
The 8350 isn't really a higher powered CPU (yeah, I know it has more cores and a higher clock, but you can't compare CPUs like that), even when it comes to a multi threaded game like BF4, also I included a 256 GB SSD, so you can change that to a 128 GB one, finally you didn't include a OS

Here's your new build,

Price 1709 NZD, capable of pushing BF4 45 FPS Ultra (would still be able to do so with a 280X though)

Thanks c: But i managed to make a similar priced one with a higher powered cpu, so i guess i'll just use a Gtx 770 or a 280x to reduce the prices :L
