Is my download/upload speed slow

Hi recently I felt that my download speed was really slow so I did A test and found out the my Download speed is 2.70 Mbps and my upload speed is 0.44 Mbps and my ping is 44.

Yes, painfully slow. First figure out what speeds you should be getting from your ISP. Than, plug your computer directly into the Ethernet port of the modem, and see what speeds you are getting- this will determine if the problem is from your ISP, or your internal network.
