Computer Turns on for a split second and shuts down.

After replacing my new RMA'd motherboard my computer turns on for a split second and turns off again. I'd like to assume it is not my motherboard because I had recently RMA'd it because it was defective

You most likely have 1 of 2 issues going on. You have incorrectly installed the motherboard on the standoffs, meaning a standoff is not in the right place or your dont have the cpu power plugged in from your PSU to your motherboard.

Sorry, I was on a trip when I posted this and I recently got back, the CPU power is firmly plugged in (I re-did it)

Check that the DRAM is fully plugged in, the GPU has power, etc...All standoffs in place and screwed in snugly
