Will this hurt my heatsink?

I have an AMD Athlon X4 750K that I am reusing for a build and it has been sitting in the box for a few months with the thermal paste on it (it was from my first build so I didn't think of removing it before I put it in the box) and I am going to reapply thermal paste to it using Arctic Silver 5. I have cleaned the thermal paste off of the CPU and heatsink using 91% isopropyl alcohol and the CPU looks good, but the heatsink looks like it still has a little tint of grey in some places where the paste used to be. Will it hurt the CPU or heatsink if I reapply the thermal paste or will it be fine? Also, if I should clean it more should I use Arctic Silver cleaner and see if that makes the heatsink look cleaner?

it will be fine, that mark is from heat from the cpu, just reapply some as5 or ic diamond
