I have 2 new 22 inch monitors plugged into my gpu via DVI. the Second display randomly flickers. I am not sure if it is the monitor itself or the cord maybe the GPU? I have an i7 4770 with an EVGA dual FTW ACX 780 nothing overclocked 16gb hypr x Blu ram 4x4. It almost never flickers and then will do it for all of a day and then stop. could it be a lack of outlet power? ANy suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What PSU do you have?
Also try troubleshooting, switch the monitors, try a different monitor or TV if you have one.
