No Signal on monitor. please help!!

Monitor:Acer AL1916WA
Graphic card: NVIDIA Geforce 210
Motherboard: Intel Desktop Board DG31PR
Processor: Intel core 2 duo
Monitor shows NO SIGNAL on boot. VGA Cable works fine. Tried connecting to other pc and is in working condition. Tried replacing RAM and all fans are working. Please help urgently. Any advice is appreciated.

yeah. my tv and laptop both work on the same VGA port.

nothing worked out. acer says the problem is with my cpu not my monitor.
Acer CS sucks.!
anyways, thanks for the pain you've taken
