don't have it.
this is new pc. i am in georgia country. my friend will bought disk for me in usa will send key i will use it but since have no physical contact with the disk need to make usb bootable

i downloaded it but can't install. it demands net framework 3.5 which gives 0x800F0906 error even with changed group setting policy.
is there a program that will download windows to glash drive and supports windows 8.1 original net framework?
