need a good gfx card, not a gamer

I do a good bit of photo editing and the onboard just isn't cutting it. I am not into gaming at all, just need an inexpensive low profile card with open gl support. Any advice would be appreciated.

This might be too expensive and is display port only, but otherwise it's pretty awesome little ah heck.

photo rendering is far from 3d/video rendering he doesnt need workstation card
trust me bro what he need is good proc and a lot of ram

Processor is 3.20 gigahertz and and I have maxxed this machine out to 8 gigs of Ram. The main issue for me is that some of the software I want to run, like some of the onOne programs won't run w/o Open GL support, which the onboard doesn't have. Thanks for all the great suggestions.
