Windows 8.1 Downdrade To windows 7

Hello,
So my operating system is Windows 8.1. It came pre-Installed, with just windows 8. I ordered a windows 7 64-bit Home premium, with service pack 1, from Amazon... Is this down grade going to work? Is windows 8.1 Automatically PRO?

All feed back is epic, and thanks for your time! :)

You'll have to do a fresh install, that is to boot with your windows 7 DVD, format your C: drive and then install windows 7 there. There's no downgrade option afaik...
