I am having a problem with my laptop running windows xp pro with SP3. When I am trying to boor it in safe mode, the highlighter is not staying on any option. It is continuosly running on every option from up to down and so I cannot click on any option. If I click in this position nothing happens. Please help how to boot it normally.
