So I have a fractal define mini case, and am wondering what the best CPU cooler would be for it. My options are unfortunately EXTREMELY limited due to the size of the case.

Many people have installed 158-160mm tower heatsyncs, but all state that these touch the foam on the case wall, which I just really dont like, even though I suppose its not that much of a risk. I do not like the thought of removing the wall and bumpig the hestsync around, or just pressing on the wall much at all, impacting the CPU.

I own high profile corsair ram (8x2) so I also cannot fit the smaller Noctua N-U12 S, as I would assume it would cover the first primary ram slot on mATX boards? (The noctua site shows it to be 120mm across).

Is it worth it to consider a closed loop cooler like the h60 (2013)? (H80s don't quite fit due to a fan vent cover). Do these still have significant leak problems like they used to when they first came out? How would the h60 handle as it is only labeled as a mid range cooler?

Are there any other CPU coolers that would not cover the primary ram slot or measure 158+mm?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The PC part picker compatability list includes coolers like the CM Hyper 212 that are 160mm tall and conflict with the foam on the case wall. It seems that most of the high performance air coolers conflict with either this restriction or the high profile ram in slot a. So if you have any suggestions for a high performance cooler (for some over clocking) that doesn't have those problems it would be awesome! Thanks in advance!
