I have a h100i all in one water cooler and a intel i7 4790k
It runs around 27c sitting still
and 60 under load
I used asus's easy auto overclock and this bumped it from 40 to 44 and it ran stable at 70c for 10 min under load, But it soon jumped to 90c very quickly. Thats where I cut it. I don't know what went wrong any help?

It'll run to 4.4 without OC anyway by Turbo boost.

Is Corsair Link up and running? If so - check the h100i is working - fan speeds? pump speed?

Restart into bios (F2) and reset it back to default.

Check you seated the 100i cpu block onto the cpu correctly. Took out the cpu block plastic? Thermal paste still on it?

Try again

Bios will be right.
