Say I have a saints row 3 xbox360 game. Say I had downloaded a Zipped game file from the internet. would It be possible to remove the game from the xbox360 disc, and put the downloaded one onto it?

Solution
Unlike hard drives and flash storage, the data on DVDs is physically encoded on them. They get STAMPED with the image of the data, and that's what you get. It's a DVD-ROM and the ROM stands for Read Only for a reason.

So there's no kind of program that can rewrite the disc? They've made hacks from flash drives to direct links to the console but they can"t figure out how to rewrite a freakin disc?
