hello,
Please help me as i didnt receive any connectors to connect on board and what are these cha_fan means . it is suppose to reduce heat. please help me connect it on the motherboard. i didnt get any cha_fan connectors from motherboard to connect . help me

There are 4 Chassis Fan connectors (4 pin) on this mobo. They are build right into the PCB of the mobo. You don't need any special connector for this purpose.

You can install fans in the PC and connect the cable of the fans on these connectors, so that the mobo can regulate the speed of the fan.

Refer to page-20 of the mobo's guide to locate these header/connectors.

yess that is what they gave on motherboard guide book cha_fan. so i dont see any four pin connector coming out from chasis fan. should i purchase separately ? i see only cpu_fan connected which came with amd cpu . rest all cha_fan1/2/3 are left blank

Yes, if you want to install more fans in the PC Case for air flow purpose, you will have to buy more fans and connect them on these CHA_FAN connectors.

Chassis Fan connectors are mostly 3 pin connectors. You can install 3 pin connector on any of your mobo's 4 pin CHA_FAN connector. It will work.

my chasis fan doesnt have 4 or 3pin connectors .it has 2 pin only which is connected to system panel 20-8 connector. that cpu assmbly guy did it and he says its already connected down there on system panel connector (see page 1-25 ) . i am getting headache

System panel connector is used to connect and give power to Power button, Reset button, HDD Status LED indicator , CPU Status LED indicator. These indicator and buttons are on the PC Case itself.

How many fans are in PC Case? If these fans are running? If yes then what is disturbing you. Let them run. :)

my nzxt h230 case has 3 fans . rear one and front two . i donno how it is running , but point is even though its running i dont see any chasis fan connected on to motherboard . its left empty space there. and i want it to be utilised by these fans . not sure how to do that . i want to know why its left empty and how come fans are running . can i control fans speed in this condition , also mobo guide book told if these are to be connected cha1/2/3 , its just i dont want to leave it empty . help me please

This is because NZXT H230 comes pre equipped with fan molex connector. Your PC Case fans are connected to this molex connector and it is directly powered by the PSU. I see no reason for changing it.

Else you can remove the fans power connector from the molex connector and install them on mobo's CHA_FAN connectors, if you want to but it is not needed.

so now i can control fan speed right now with software right ?
