is 450w enough for r7 265?

hello i have bought a corsair 450 vs psu will this psu will be enough for a sapphire r7 265 ?
and i have a 1366x768 res monitor if i go for r7 265 one will it give me better performance than gtx 750 ti at that res and one more thing which gpu is more overclockable ??

Sapphire cards are very good and their Dual-X technology for cooling the card is equally good. This card will give you room for overclocking as well. Good Luck.

450W should run. depending upon your system specs, it may cut it close.

Which GPU is more overclockable depends upon the cooling technology being offered by the manufacturer. It can't be said in general.

My recommendation is GTX 750Ti with 2GB version. There are many which are factory overclocked to 1.18GHz and above with good cooling solution.
