hello guys im gonna get an gigabyte b75 -D3H is it good enough i dont care about OC i have an i5 3450 8 gb ram and im gonna geet an r9 290x i wont overclock this card just asking if it is going to be fine

Those parts will all work together. As to whether they'll work good enough, well, that depends on what you're using it for.

the 290x should be more than enough for 1080p gaming at max settings, and I don't think that processor would bottleneck, but I'm not as knowledgeable on Intel processors.
