Solution
go for the hd 7770 if u want to stick between these 3 or r7 260x or gtx 750 as i have told u on your earlier post.....and the vram doesn't really matters with the low and mid range cards more vram is for higher resolutions and the resolution u have u can get good fps at high settings on almost every game with the hd 7770 /gtx 750 and r7 260x...
as i said before the hd 7770 would be the best among them 1 gb and 2 gb vram doesn't really matter if u play at or below 1080p resolution....and if u can upgrade your processor it always good but the processor will be fine for either of these three cards.......

The HD 7770 would be the best option for the cost in most gaming circumstances.
The 1GB GTX 650 is also alright, but has just a bit worse price/performance ratio in most games.
The 2GB GTX 650 is mostly a waste of $10, as the extra GB of VRAM won't help on those cards.

The CPU is passable for now, considering the mid-range video card(s) you're planning to pair it with.

Solution
7770 requires a 19A @12+ volt rail and a 500W psu so u have to upgrade your psu to a minimum of 500 watt ....http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-80PLUS-Bronze-Certified-100-B1-0500-KR/dp/B00DGHKK7M/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1407834943&sr=1-6&keywords=500+watt+psu

If you only have a 350w PSU, then you pretty much have no choice but to get a GTX 750. It's the only desktop card out right now using the new Maxwell architecture, meaning it requires very little power. Every other card near its performance recommends a 500w PSU and requires a 6-pin power connector, but the GTX 750 only recommends a 300w PSU and doesn't need a separate power connector. The GTX 750 is actually a bit stronger than the GTX 650 and takes much less power.

Pfffft!

The 7770 uses 80w/7 amps. A decent 350w can do the job just fine.

sorry i dont agree with u i know that it requires 19 amps .....and a good 450 - 500 watt psu..

Well you are wrong.

You can run a 250w GTX 780 Ti on a good 500w PSU. an 80w, 7 amp 7770 doesnt require a 500w psu.

may be i am wrong then.....yes u can run the gtx 780 ti on a good 500 watt psu with 42 amps on single rail...but with no or very mild OC.....but personally i will not use the hd 7770 on a 300 watt psu...

guys i'm really was near to buy the psu that "prit87" tell me it

and now you say guys that 350w just fine !

should i buy the psu or what ...

and it is really that the psu effect to the powerful of the card ?

well it will run on a 350 watt psu but when u run a gpu intensive game u may face black screen or sudden restarts problems.....i am not telling that 500 watt psu is a must to use but at least a 450 watt psu is must .......i dont care what he says you can open a separate thread for this but 300 watt is not at all proper for hd 7700 hd 6670 requires 400 watt and 7 amp :p :p ......see this site......https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/printer/power-requirements-for-graphics-cards
