I have just tried to fresh install windows 7 ultimate, I formatted my SSD tried to install then it comes to the install the it stops goes to blue screen and comes up with

Windows failed to load because the kernel is missing, or corrupt.

Then when I try to install again windows files wont even load stays on a blackscreen or goes back to the missing kernel

So an issue occurred that Windows is failing to load the kernel. The best solution is a reinstall, as you've been attempting, but it sounds from your description that you have the SSD set higher in boot precedence than the media you're installing Windows 7 from. You can either enter the BIOS and change the boot order, or during startup before the boot to Windows, you could try hitting F12 (may differ on some systems) to pull up a one time boot menu to boot from your installation media.
