I change my mouse appearance, but after I shut my PC down and turn it back on, it shifts back to the original scheme. When I go to the pointer section of the Mouse properties, my saved cursor scheme is being shown, but only if I press OK does it change. Only until I turn it off again. How do I fix this?? (I'm running Win7 Black)
