I need to access 2 wifi connections at the same time. the reason for this is I have a subscription to a tv service via the internet which I want to view on my TV. The tv broadcast is received on an iPad from the wifi connection from my router. I have a Ezcast dongle plugged into my tv, but to transmit from the iPad to the dongle, I need another wifi connection. So I need wifi connection 1 to receive the transmission and wifi connection 2 to further transmit it to the Ezcast wifi dongle.

Any ideas?

I think you may be misunderstanding this. The dongle on your TV I assume is a wifi adapter. This should be connected to the same network as your ipad. The ipad and software should see the tv. I am not familiar with EZcast so I am not sure about it.

Another option is use an AppleTV and airplay to send to your TV. Always the easiest with an IOS device
