So I just received an MSI R9 280x twin frozr refurbished from Amazon that I recently ordered. This card is great, powers my 4k monitor easily and can run games like metro 2033 with high fps. However, my gpu consistently hits 83c and will shut down, this is with 100% fan speed and any resolution I play at from 720p to 2160p. So should I get a new card or is this just a bad thermal paste job, by the way the card is refurbished.
