How old is your PSU? I myself am suffering from similar issues, especially with WoT (which is exceedingly annoying as it usually happens either when the hangar has just finished loading, or a battle has just started).

It however also happens with Tomb Raider, Dragon Age II. Tonight I will try to first connect different PCIe power cables to the GPU, and if that fails reinstall Windows. If that fails as well, then new PSU it is...

No jumping to conclusions yet! Your card may be fine. Humor me, get NvidiaInspector, and under the over clocking tab, for pstate 0, set the power target to the minimum (58%). Then try again.

Your fps will be low. But does it crash? If not, maybe the PSU?
