I have a Asus R7 260X OC Direct II 2GDDR5 and i cant return it since it has past the 30 day return limit. My computer runs perfectly in safe mode or if i uninstall the amd driver. I've tried the latest driver and the latest beta driver and the one from asus website and it all seems to do the same and freeze my computer.

I don't really know much about this and ask for help so i can get back and use my computer again with no stress

we need more info what the motherboard and power supply used. on some pc if the mb is a few years old it may be a firmware bug or old motherboard chipset drivers. on the power supply side it could be a weak or under sized unit.

Have your overclocked your CPU or GPU, if yes then your PSU can't have enough power to support it. Anyways, you are also using a Corsiar CX Series which many people found the trouble. The PSU isn't as good if it's the problem then it will be worth investing in a better PSU (tier 1 or tier 2).
