Yeah. I'm gonna be using it for school mostly, then gaming at home. But I have a desktop dedicated to gaming so I am just looking for something that can get close to just avarage an avarage laptop with gaming possibilities.

Hello

I favor the first one, the second one is more powerful in general (except for gaming), but the HD4400 is far too weak to game at 1080p.
Since you want to run games at native resolution, go for the first one or get the second one with 720p display and a better HDD.

Kudos,
Albert
They both have integrated graphics - not a graphics card. 4gb or 1gb of your ram can be allocated to them to make them run.

The i5 is a better cpu. The AMD integrated graphics is better than the i5's.

There's no real difference between them. Get the cheapest.
