How to use speakers and headphones connected via keyboard audio passthrough?

Hello,

So i bought a mechanical keyboard which has an audio passthrough, and i want to connect the headphones but i also have speakers.
How do i use both of them without plug/unplug each time, (this is very frustrating)?

My sound card is Realtek 7.1-channel

The speakers are connected via back panel on case and the speakers are connected via keyboard's audio passthrough.
I don't want to both run at the same time, just when i plug my headphones to hear sound.
I use to connect them (headphones) via front panel on the case and the speakers automatically muted.
I want something like that.
